Vice President Food & Beverage & Regional Vice President Operations, Greater China, Accor Hotels

With 30 years of experience in the hospitality and food & beverage industry, Winter joined Accor Hotels in 2011 as Regional Director of Food & Beverage for Sofitel Greater China and subsequently became the Director of Food & Beverage for Accor Hotels Greater China, and Director of Operations Shandong Province in 2015.

As Vice President Food & Beverage and Regional Vice President Operations, Winter implements various F&B strategies and supervises hotel operations within his geographical area of responsibility. He also chairs the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Steering Committee for the Greater China region and leads PLANET 21, the group’s sustainable development programme which also includes various solidarity projects.
