Cory is the Regional Director of Food and Beverage for Greater China, covering Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China, for Accor Hotels. His main focus is on their Luxury Upscale brands; Sofitel, Pullman and MGallery, as well as their other brands Grand Mercure, Mercure, Novotel and Ibis. There are currently a total of 80 hotels in this region, with 30 more properties under development.
Cory also manages the Accor Sustainability Program Planet 21 for Greater China.
Cory has been with Accor in Greater China for the past four years and previous to that he was with Four Seasons in Asia for eight years.
